What is the Free Trial?
When you install Robpod Studio on your PC for the first time you always gat a Free Trial plan. Free Trial plan last 15 days and has all Robpod Studio features included. Free Trial plan should be used for evaluation purpose. After 15 days Free Trial will expires and a PRO or LTS license will be needed to use Robpod Studio.

How can I get a license?
You can buy a PRO license on Robpod Cloud website. After succesful payment you will receive an email with your new Robpod Studio License Key.
You can contact us if you prefer to get a license by standard invoice.
How can I install a license?
After succesful payment you will receive an email with your new Robpod Studio License Key. When requested insert the License Key inside Robpod Studio to activate the professional license.
What is the PRO plan?
The PRO plan is a one year professional license which includes all Robpod Studio Features without any limitation.
The PRO plan can be bought as a one time purchase or as a yearly subscription plan.
Subscriptions are billed yearly. You can decide whenever you want to stop or pause the subscription using the Customer Portal.
What is included in the PRO plan?

What is the LAUNCH offer?
LAUNCH offer is a 20% discount valid untill December 2024 during Robpod Studio launch period.
What is the LTS plan?
The LTS plan (Long Term Support plan) is one time purchase license to use Robpod Studio profesional with a Three Years validity duration.
The LTS plan has a validity of Three Years.
The LTS plan includes all Robpod Studio Features without any limitation.
Subscriptions for LTS plan are not supported.
What is included in the LTS plan?
The LTS plan has a validity of Three Years. The LTS plan includes all Robpod Studio Features without any limitation.
What is the NERD offer?
The NERD offer is a 45% discount applied to LTS plan to give the best value proposition to developer who will use Robpod Studio for a long period.
What is the difference between PRO and LTS plan?
The PRO plan is a one year professional license which includes all Robpod Studio Features without any limitation.
The PRO plan is available as a one time purchase or as a yearly subscription plan.
The LTS plan is a three years professional license which includes all Robpod Studio Features without any limitation.
Subscriptions for LTS plan are not supported.
Both PRO and LTS plan includes all Robpod Studio Features without any limitation.
Is HMI Designer included with the license?
Yes, HMI Designer is included with PRO and LTS plan. HMI panels developed with HMI Designer can be installed on robots without any limitations, they will continue to work even after the PRO or LTS plan expires.
If you have a free TRIAL plan you can still use HMI Designer to develop HMI panels, but after you install a HMI panel on target robot it will be displayed only for 5 minutes.
Are software updates included with the license?
Yes, all Robpod Studio software updates are included as long as you have a valid professional license.
Will developed programs stop working when license expires?
No, all programs and scripts will continue to work even after license expires. You will need to renew the license only if you need to modify the programs.
Will HMI panels stop working when license expires?
No, all HMI panels will continue to work even after license expires. You will need to renew the license only if you need to modify the HMI panels.
What happens when license expires?
When Robpod Licnese expires you will not be able anymore to use the development environment to create or edit scripts and HMI panels.
All existing programs, scripts and HMI installed on robots will continue to work without need to renew the license. Everything you heve developed will run forever without limitations and without need to renew the license.
What payments methods are supported?
You can buy a PRO or LTS plan and pay by:

Can I use the same license on multiple devices?
Yes, all Robpod Studio licenses are floating. This means that you can install the same license on multiple machines (PC, laptop,...), but you can use just one machine at time.
If you need to use the same license on another device remember first to Deactivate the license on the current device. Once the license is deactivated, you will be able to activate it on an other machine.
If you need to use Robpod Studio on multiple machines at the same time, you will need to buy multiple licenses.
Where can I get my invoice?
You will receive invoice and receipt on the email you provides during payment.
You can also download documents and manage your subscriptions on the Customer Portal.
What's the customer portal?
Customer portal is an online portal that you can access using the email provided during payment procedure.
You can use Customer Portal to:
Check payment history
Manage your subscriptions
Download invoices and receipts
How to unsubscribe from a PRO plan?
If you want to unsubscribe from a PRO plan you can use the Customer Portal.
Even if you unsubscribe Robpod Licnese will remain valid for the rest of purcheased period.
